2017 Asbury Park Surf Music Festival is this week: lineup, schedule, tickets
This year’s edition of NJ’s Asbury Park Surf Music Festival happens August 24-27, featuring live music, games, contests, and other forms of summer fun. There’s a kickoff show with surf guitar icon Dick Dale at The Wonder Bar on August 24 (tickets), and the fest’s main musical attraction is an all-day show on Saturday, August 26 at The Anchors Bend & Grand Arcade featuring Los Straitjackets (who just played NYC with Nick Lowe), as well The Fathoms, Aqualads, and Black Flamingos, and more (tickets).
