Dead & Company‘s Fall Fun Run tour just spent two nights at Uniondale NY’s NYCB Live: Home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum (after kicking off at Madison Square Garden on Halloween). It’s not news to anyone that attendees of Grateful Dead-related concerts are probably going to engage in a little enhancement during the show, but if you thought the cops patrolling Nassau Coliseum this week would turn a blind eye to that, apparently you’d be wrong.

As Patch reports, 26 people were arrested on drug charges during the two nights in Uniondale, and three were taken to the hospital for evaluation and treatment. The arrests, which included 10 felony charges, were for the possession and sale of ecstasy, psilocybin mushrooms, Diazepam, and LSD, according to police, who also say 16 people were arrested for the sale and use of nitrous oxide. As of this post, we haven’t heard of any arrests related to the MSG shows.
