A$AP Rocky confirms his first show since the arrest is this weekend

Anaheim, CA “immersive hip-hop lifestyle event” and music festival Real Street holds its inaugural edition at Honda Center Festival Grounds on August 10 and 11, and A$AP Rocky, who was just released from jail in Sweden to await a verdict on his assault trial, is one of Sunday’s headliners. The festival has confirmed that Rocky will still be performing, making it his first show since being arrested, and his last one before he receives the verdict.

The festival’s press release reads:

A$AP Rocky is confirmed to perform at Real Street (Presented By Real 92.3) at the Honda Center Grounds in Anaheim, CA as initially scheduled on Sunday, August 11.

Doc Wynter, Executive Vice President of Urban/Hip Hop at iHeartMedia says, “We are elated that Rocky is finally coming home and will be taking the stage to headline our first Real Street Fest this weekend, as originally planned. In the interim, Godspeed to Rocky and his family. We can’t wait to hear the crowd erupt for Rocky this Sunday night at The Honda Center Festival Grounds!”

“We are thrilled that A$AP Rocky is confirmed to perform at Real Street! The event is going to be one huge party, and we can’t wait for him to receive a massive welcome from his fans that night,” said Honda Center’s President/CEO, Tim Ryan.

The festival also includes sets from Cardi B, Migos, Future, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Meek Mill, Miguel, Rae Sremmurd, and more, and tickets are still on sale.

Meanwhile, since his return to the US, Rocky visited Kanye West, who urged to Donald Trump to help him, at Kanye’s Sunday Service in California over the weekend, TMZ reports.
