ADULT. will release their new album, Detroit House Guests, on March 17 via Mute, which finds the Motor City electro duo collaborating with the likes of Swans’ Michael Gira, Nitzer Ebb’s Douglas J. McCarthy, Light Asylum’s Shannon Funchess, and more. (They were literal house guests at ADULT.’s Detroit home/studio for three-week stretches.) We’ve got the premiere of “We Chase the Sound,” one of the Shannon Funchess collaborations. There’s a serious electronic body music vibe to this one, which puts it in good company with the McCarthy tracks too, and perfect for your next dimly lit, decaying warehouse party in Brussels.
