Against Me! announce tour w/ The Sidekicks & The Shondes

As discussed, Against Me! are finally set to release their new album, Transgender Dysphoria Blues — their first since singer Laura Jane Grace came out as transgender — on January 21, and now they’ve announced that they’ll support it with a tour surrounding its release which kicks off in Pittsburgh on New Year’s Eve. Opening on the whole tour will be two similarly anthemic bands, The Sidekicks and The Shondes, and that tour hits NYC at Brooklyn’s new Rough Trade on January 9. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (12/6) at noon.
