Alt-J are currently in NYC celebrating their new album, This Is All Yours (due 9/23 via Canvasback). Having just played Le Poisson Rouge on Tuesday (9/2), they’ll now be playing another intimate gig here TONIGHT (9/4) at Rough Trade NYC. Doors are at 9 PM and Alt-J go on at 11. Tickets go on sale today at noon. Alt-J’s proper tour brings them back to NYC for a show at Beacon Theatre on November 16 (sold out). Updated dates are listed below.

Alt-J’s LPR show on Tuesday was an NPR ‘First Listen Live’ show, which streamed online, has now been archived, and can be watched in full HERE. As the NPR review points out, it was their first show without Gwil Sainsbury (who left the band in January), their first with touring member Cameron Knight, and the first time they played songs from the new album live. They played a good chunk of the new album, but balanced the set well with material from their debut too. Pictures of that show are in this post.

They continue, with the setlist and updated list of dates, below…
