Amine, 070 Shake, Meyhem Lauren, Roy Woods & more upcoming rap shows

We’re always posting about tons of hip hop shows happening in NYC, like the upcoming gigs from Kool Keith, Digable Planets, Swet Shop Boys, A$AP Ferg, Isaiah Rashad, Young Thug, D.R.A.M., Young M.A., Cam’ron, Saba, Jamila Woods, Partynextdoor / Jeremih, Kanye West, Aesop Rock, and Run the Jewels. Here’s a roundup of some other upcoming stuff we haven’t gotten a chance to mention yet.

Aminé, who picked up some buzz after his video for “Caroline” (above) went viral, plays SOB’s on December 8. Tickets are on sale.

That same day, NJ’s 070 Shake, who we just heard on the new Lil Yachty song and who has her own catchy recent single “Trust Nobody,” plays The Marlin Room at Webster Hall (12/8). Tickets are on sale.

Sooner at SOB’s (11/30) is Drake protoge Roy Woods, who opened the recent Drake / Future tour. That show is sold out.

And even sooner is long-running Atlanta rapper Young Dro this Monday (11/7). Tickets are on sale.

Queens staple Meyhem Lauren, in addition to appearing on the brand-new Nick Hook album, plays a Thanksgiving Eve (11/23) show at The Studio at Webster Hall (tickets). He’s got some competition with the DMX show in NYC that same night.

Lil Debbie — who you might remember from Kreayshawn’s “Gucci Gucci” video, back before she was kicked out of the White Girl Mob — plays The Studio at Webster Hall on January 7. Tickets go on sale Friday (11/4) at 10 AM.
