After playing Bowery Ballroom in early February, Afghan Whigs and Twilight Singers frontman Greg Dulli‘s solo tour wrapped its way back to NYC on Friday, March 11 for a show at Brooklyn’s Roulette. Billed as “An Evening With Greg Dulli,” he played songs from throughout his career in semi-acoustic arrangements. The night began with him on acoustic, a bassist and keyboardist/violinist, but then brought out a second guitarist and a drummer.

Dulli played songs from throughout his career, and when it came to “Step Into the Light” Greg noted that it was almost exactly 20 years to the day from Black Love‘s release. Old pal Steve Myers of Mighty fine came up to sing as well.

Despite the “Evening With…” billing, poet/comedian/writer Derrick Brown opened the show. More pics from the whole evening, including one of the setlist, below.
