There’s a Dutch show called R.A.M. that posts all their episodes online as streaming video.

A recent one hour episode featured interviews and performances, Andrew Bird, and jazz musician, Albert Ayler. It’s really, really good, mostly in English, and you can watch it here. (note: “Video” link in the far right column)
