Arcade Fire did a surprise performance of 'Funeral' in full in LA (videos, setlist)
Arcade Fire‘s tour hit LA’s Greek Theater last night (9/20) with baroque pop legends The Zombies opening, but that wasn’t the only treat. Arcade Fire begin their set with a surprise performance of their instant-classic debut album Funeral! It was the first time they’ve ever performed the album front to back. After that, they played a career-spanning set. Here are some reactions from the lucky fans who saw the show:
Just got back from the Arcade Fire show at The Greek and they played “Funeral” as their first set. It’s sort of the dream when you buy a concert ticket that the band will play their entire first album that you really love because they felt like it
