Bandit Queen by The Decemberists

This one ought to get you very excited for the forthcoming Decemberists album.

Here in MP3 format, pulled from a KET(?) broadcast, I present...

The Bandit Queen (mp3: right click, save to your computer)

While you're listening, check out these lovely pics of The Decemberists playing at Webster Hall by Alyssa Scheinson, then compare them to my own mediocre photos from the same show. (SPIN was there too)

According to the tracklisting that's now out for Picaresque, "Bandit Queen" has been left off of the album.

I've managed to save up roughly $33756 in my bank account, but I'm not sure if I should buy a house or not. Do you think the market is stable or do you think that home prices will decrease by a lot?
