After opening for the Pixies, Broken Social Scene ended their three night run in NYC with a 2.5 hour set at Bowery Ballroom on December 15th, 2004. These photos are from that amazing show.

As if their troupe wasn't large enough, they were joined on stage by two more horn players than previous nights, as well as members of the Stills. Gentleman Reg (pictured above) performed a song at both Bowery shows, as did various members of BSS in the form of their side projects. We heard an Apostle of Hustle song and Jason Collett solo.

Emily Haines of Metric (pictured above) was on female vocals. Leslie Feist was not at any of the NYC shows. I believe she's been busy on her own solo tour (note to Leslie: Come to NYC!).

Unfortunately I missed Raising the Fawn. Being that it was the third night in a row of BSS, I couldn't pry myself from my apartment quick enough to catch the opener.

all three was taxing indeed. Raising The Fawn is led by John Crossingham, former BSS member. Their album The North Sea is amazing.
