RUMOR 1
Leslie Feist, of Feist and Broken Social Scene, is engaged to Buck 65. Buck was a backup dancer in one of her videos (that should be proof enough). If you're in NYC, you may have caught one of Buck's shows this month during his residency at Sin-e. Buck recently told Chart Attack that he "proposed to his girlfriend" in 2004." hmmm.

i saw feist open for buck 65 in london over the summer, and saw no indication they were even together...was around for the soundchecks and didn't even see them talking to each other. So as near as I can tell, i'd say nay on rumor #1...but who knows...

I saw Buck on Queen Street in Toronto about a month or so ago, and he was holding hands with and looking very much in love with a woman who certainly was not Leslie.

buck 65 is an asshole. he dated my good friend for nearly a year, insisting that he was in love with her and that they were in a monogamous, committed relationship - that is, until he suddenly stopped calling her, and a week later she read in some weekly paper that he was seeing someone new. in fact, that turned out to be "many people" all over the world, who were all fed the same story.

geez. if ms. feist is indeed involved with buck -engagement or not - she's got some problems up ahead...
