More Best of 2004 Lists
'With no clear consensus, The Onion A.V. Club's six music writers compiled Top 10 lists celebrating 49 different titles (Only Modest Mouse and Kanye West made as many as three lists), the virtues of which are expounded upon here.' (not a joke) (via black market kidneys)
Central Village also listed his top pics for 2004.
My Mean Magpie took a different approach, and listed their top 10 albums of 1994.
Amazon.com separates their best of list by editor and customer favorites.
Torr's Place lists best of and worst of. He's the first person I've seen mention Saybia. I loved their first album and was majorly disappointed by their latest. So was he.
Did you catch either of Phoenix's shows at Bowery Ballroom last week? Schwerve believes they wrote the best song in 2004.
