Pixies @ Hammerstein Ballroom | Day 2
Two nights down. Six more to go. The reviews are rolling in.
"Girlie so groovy I want you to know"
'That's how I'm feeling at this precise moment in time. I just got home from the Pixies show at the Hammerstein and it totally made all my senses erupt. I'm so effing happy. I'm speechless (hey there's a first for everything).
more @ Bitten By The Big Apple
"As soon as we stepped into the Hammerstein Ballroom and I heard the Pixies, something happened to me - I had this weird feeling of walking into another world, where the Pixies were playing and my beloved were all close by and getting along smashingly."
more @ Walking Vixen
It was fun seeing the Pixies. There was a lot of anticipation in seeing them actually play and it was a good show but not amazing.

"Last night I went to check out the Pixies at the Hammerstein Ballroom with my friend Alexis who is an associate fashion editor at Vanity Fair."
more @ my laid back pimp walk is linear by design.
"Simply stunning."
more @ Verbose Coma
As tempting as it is to attend eight concerts in a row....the fourteenth (Broken Social Scene night) will be my first NYC Pixies experience. (not my first on this tour though)
Is anyone going all eight shows? seven? six?

ItÒs simple but effective. They also do other genres. Adolescent poetry is worth a look.
