If you weren't at Pianos in NYC tonight (30th December 2004) for the David Cross, Todd Barry, Eugene Mirman, Paul Tomkins, and Fred Armisen comedy show, otherwise known as Tinkle, then you missed special musical guest Wilco play three songs to a crowd of about 100.
The show was great. I would have preferred if Wilco played a few more songs, and perhaps even their own songs instead of covers, but it was still pretty cool. The comedy was overall hilarious.
Dear Todd Barry, I hope you like my blog entry. Dear Jon Benjamin, I'm sorry you couldn't make it to the show. I hope your stomach ailment passed quickly. Wilco is in town to headline Madison Square Garden on New Years Eve with Flaming Lips and Sleater-Kinney.
I hope to post the rest of the photos some day soon. For now, I need rest.
