Bands on Tour

Kings of Convenience are on tour, and playing Bowery Ballroom in NYC on Feb. 7th & 8th. Listen to their entire last album, and download two tracks, including the one they did with Leslie Feist, at The Big Ticket.

Central Village let me know that the Futureheads are playing a still unannounced show at Bowery Ballroom on Feb. 22nd with The Shout Out Louds (from Sweden). I missed the announcement on Let the Good Times Roll back on December 9th. Jasper's got photos of the Shout Out Louds from February. New York Doll too.

Mercury Lounge has the hot shows this month, with the Constantines and Oakley Hall on the 8th, the Dears, Saints & Lovers and Benzos on the 15th, The Hold Steady & White Hassle on the 19th, and Sea Ray's final show on the 21st.
Oakley Hall is a Brooklyn "country-rock" band featuring Crazee from Oneida. More on some of these shows at Central Village.

More Cowbell also posted the Secret Machines, Autolux tour dates today. In New York, it's Irving Plaza on March 5th.
