Culture Shock Festival @ SUNY Purchase

SUNY Purchase College in Purchase, NY is throwing their annual "Culture Shock Festival" this year on April 15th and 16th. If anyone out there has more info. on this event, please comment.

All I can tell you is the following lineup:
Head Automatica, Animal Collective, GZA, RJD2, Cage, The Walkmen, Cat Power, Blowfly and more.

went to last years, the festival was awesome, the students on the other had are quite the annoying trustfund types.

hey uhh i think that whoever wrote that people at purchase are trustfund types is a fucking idiot, SUNY purchase...state school...cheaper than other schools. uhhhh

I went to skool there and it's a super fun festival. The rides often aren't great and i really don't think they're free, but whatevs.
THE LINE-UP:

Its gonna be awesome! Great bands such as

Cat Power
Lightning Bolt

Plus many many more all weekend long and free rides.

oh, and check out the food co-op, a rad venue and organic student-run market WITH a Ms. Pac-Man cocktail-style arcade game set to free play.

i have been informed that culture shock is on the 21st and 22nd of april...but i can't seem to find any info on which bands are playing this year.
