New Tonic-like NYC Venue | The Stone

I may not be the New York Times, but I can still quote Tale of Two Cities.

"The Stone, a new performance space in what our big brothers would call Alphabet City but what we call the East Village, is opening its doors and housing the roster of avant-garde artists that were once Tonic's bread and butter. The artistic director of the place is John Zorn, another Tonic mainstay, and if you like some ideology mixed in with your music venues (not to mention a set of rules), then the Stone may be the place for you."
