"Britain’s premier ragga-hop-electro MC, M.I.A., has had postpone U.S. tour dates because of visa problems. Fortunately, the backlog of visa applications did not affect her SXSW performance. Unfortunately, performances have had to be cancelled in Atlanta, Orlando, Seattle, and San Francisco. Appearances at the Winter Music Conference and Coachella this summer are not going to be affected."
