Dios Malos @ Webster Hall, NYC | Pics
Dios Malos opened for the Fiery Furnaces @ Webster Hall on April 9th, 2005. Dios (as they were known at the time) put out an album I really liked in 2004. After the show, I went to the Dios afterparty at Kate's Joint.

I really like these guys too. Saw them open for the Decemberists early last year at the Khyber in Philly; great, deceptively simple SoCal pop. They did a fantastic psychedelic wonk on the Pixies' "Where is My Mind," then.
Unfortunately, when I saw them open for the Furnaces at Northsix, there were all sorts of technical difficulites. The band didn't come together until their last song. I fear they made a bad impression on the crowd there.
