Pitchfork was an MP3 Blog for a Day
on Friday, Pitchfork changed it's usual format of reviewing three songs, to reviewing 3 songs you can download. They have a new Hold Steady track, and two other songs with high ratings.
The Guardian says that MP3 blogs are growing in popularity, attracting thousands of users daily
According to Ultragrrrl, The Big Ticket is an MP3 blog.
According to Blogcritics, Tofu Hut is also an MP3 blog.
Fluxblog, TTIKTDA, Mystery & Misery, Music for Robots & 3hive are MP3 blogs too.

btw: p-fork has been doing their mp3 blog thang for at least a couple weeks now, linking to downloads on their friday track reviews. so it's not just for "one day," fyi.
