The Junior Boys @ Bowery Ballroom, NYC | Pics
Above and below photos are both of the Junior Boys playing at Bowery Ballroom on Thursday May 5th, 2005. "They formed somewhere around 1999 in Hamilton, Canada, the same town that brought us Manitoba and Kieran '4Tet' Hebden’s text label." Manitoba is now Caribou, and that's who they were opening for along with 4Tet and the Russian Futurists.
One Louder thought they were great. Me too. Their CD is good too. (you can hear them on their official site)
They also recently remixed Billie Holiday for Verve Remixed, Vol. 3
