Aziz Ansari wins Best Male Comic @ the ECNY Awards

Thursday June 23rd, 2005 was the Emerging Comics of New York (ECNY) award ceremony. Brooklynvegan regular Aziz Ansari took the title of "Best Male Standup Comedian." (Who's not a celebrity now?) Other winners include familiar (or not familiar) names like Jessi Klein & Nick Kroll, Heather Lawless (a search for Heather's website only came up with Aziz's), and comedy website channel102.net.
