"BrooklynBest 2005 and CMJ present the Five-Borough Battle of the Bands on June 5th at Grand Army Plaza."
Performances by the following bands start at 1PM: Cousin, Cut the Wires, d-Cyphernauts, Dutch Kills, Faith, The Fandanglers, Fast Breakin Classics, Graeme K, Jessie Diamond and the Thousand, Paul Brill. 'Special headline performance by 33Hz.' (but they're playing first?) 'Special interlude by international whistling champion Steve Herbst.'

Lots of other stuff is happening on Saturday and Sunday, like Star Wars playing in the park and fireworks, so just look here for all of it.

Last night was such a great event...perfect fireworks weather...and Star Wars in the park was neat...the soundsystem blasting noise off of the side of the surronding buildings...
