Keren Ann @ Southpaw

Keren Ann played another excellent show at Southpaw in Brooklyn, NY on Thursday June 9th, 2005. This time it was just her, her guitar, a guitarist, and her keyboardist. If you haven't heard her yet, stream a few songs off her latest album.

Today (June 12th) she's at Bonnaroo. Check her site for more tour dates including an appearance on Morning Becomes Eclectic June 15th, Bowery Ballroom on July 20th, and CBS Saturday Early show on July 23rd. The show she was supposed to play with Gomez at Webster Hall (which was originally going to be at Beacon Theatre) was cancelled (good. wrong venue for her. especially as an opener).

Dayna Kurtz is opening the Bowery show. Dayna has been opening for and performing with Tarantula, as well as opening for Antony & The Johnsons on some recent tour dates. Listen to Dayna @ NPR.
