Out Hud will play Labor Day Motherf*cker @ Roxy (& Intonation)
There were no bands at the 5th anniversary of Motherf*cker this Memorial Day weekend, not even the Strokes. I don't know if there's a July 4th M*therfucker, but Out Hud is definitely playing Roxy for the Labor Day one on September 4th (2005).
