Stars from Canada played their biggest show ever Saturday (June 25th, 2005) night in Brooklyn, NY. The Sadies played before Stars, and The New Pornographers headlined the free "Canada Day" concert that was held at the Prospect Park bandshell.

Where's the New Pornographers pics?

I thought Stars were pretty good on Saturday, but their idiot guitar player (the guy with the "ROCK" shirt) sabotaged them with his hateful posturing. He ruined their set, and his memory nearly managed to sabotage the New Pornographers set. Come to think of it, it may be a while before I can go to Prospect Park again. All because of that guy.

I thought the guy with the banana was AWESOME. I dunno about the hateful posturing though...
