I'm sorry, but her blog is terrible, I don't understand why she gets so much attention.
I know you guys are all respectful friends...but as an objective outsider, I have to say: This is by far the best, most informative, best-updated music blog around.
Brooklynvegan rules and everyone should else should take notes.

She looks frumpy and sounds like a bad car commercial. I could imagine that what John says above to be true. I would hate to try and verify that. Phew!!
This whole Ultragrrrl phenomenon is just another sing of the decline of the New York music scene. I mean there've always been untalented socialites getting involved but now it's all rich kids publishing each other in parent-financed glossies that are free at DJ stores and places like 7A cafe.
What a bunch of crap hype! It's the same in London too.
