Moby, Gothamist, & Stereogum win Forbes awards
For what its worth, Forbes Magazine named their favorite blogs. Gothamist got best city blog, with shout-outs to other New York favorites like Forgotten NY & Newyorkology.
An iPod/iTunes site won best music blog with Moby, David Byrne, Stereogum, and Arjan listed among the runner-ups. Unfortunately they left out Largehearted Boy who led me to this story.
Gawker got a nod in the best media blog category, and the literary blog category is full of those book bloggers I saw speak at Housing Works.

I don't nkow if you would consider Stereogum a music site. It's more like a tabloid/teenage leerer site.

Thanks for the info -- I'm on vacation in Oregon and didn't even know my NewYorkology site made the list until I read it on Brooklyn Vegan. You're sending me way more trafic than Forbes. Thanks!
