also, Owen Pallet (Final Fantasy) will tour w/ the band all this fall, so it's likely that Pietro, who plays French Horn for Bell Orchestre will sit in w/ AF as well.

For what it's worth, Owen (Final Fantasy) left for Europe today on a solo tour until November.

Greg, Owen is playing a bunch of FF shows but they start in Oct

06/10/2005 GERMANY Hamburg (Nachtasyl Thaliatheater)

09/10/2005 GERMANY Köln (Gebäude 9)
10/10/2005 GERMANY Munich (OrangeHouse@Feierwerk)
11/10/2005 AUSTRIA Wien (Rhiz)
15/10/2005 SWITZERLAND Zürich (Ellokal)
18/10/2005 FRANCE Paris (Nouveau Casino)

But he stated on the arcadefire.net msg forum that he is playing the upcoming fall US dates as a member of AF ;)

"None of this will be changing any time soon. The Arcade Fire have very graciously asked me to play the remaining "Funeral" tour dates as 2nd violinist. I am also lucky enough to be coming back to Europe for some solo Final Fantasy shows."

Yeah, I do, so I was aware, but thanks for posting the clarification on here; I guess mine read like he wasn't gonna be with A/F for the rest of their tour. :)
