Arts & Crafts & Metric coming to CMJ 2005 | BSS show?

Thx Chris for pointing out that there's an Arts & Crafts CMJ Showcase at Hiro Ballroom on Friday Sept. 16.

Lineup:
* The Most Serene Republic 6:30 pm
* New Buffalo 7:30 pm
* Apostle of Hustle 8:30 pm
* Jason Colett 9:30 pm
* Broken Social Scene (just kidding)

Two days earlier at the same venue, Arts & Crafts collaborator Metric is listed.

As Chris also pointed out, Feist will also be in town. (Fingers crossed for a BSS jam.)

Apostle Of Hustle 8:30 pm
Jason Collett 9:30 pm

I think that this the best showcase this year. Even better than the Subpop one. But considering that A&C is probably my fav label, I may be a little biased.

Any idea if tickets are still available for this?

I don't know if there are going to be advanced tix and I don't think they've gone onsale yet. I imagine there will be advanced tix, because there are advanced tix for the Amadou & Miriam CMJ event at Hiro. I called ticketweb and they have no info and Hiro is only open Wed-Sat.

Onsale $15

You mean the Arts & Crafts show is onsale? I don't see anything on Ticketweb for the Metric/International Noise Conspiracy show.

yeah...A&C

I have two hard tix on hand, but can't go now. Anybody wanna take them off of my hands? I'd sell them for $30 -- you'll save $6 in fees, and have actual paper tix (not will call).

Has anyone been able to get tickets to the International Noise Conspiracy/Metric show at Hiro Ballroom? I haven't seen any tickets online.

Thanks for the info, Pete M and BrooklynVegan (of course!) - I really appreciate it. I had a feeling it was going to be a Filter show for some reason.

yeah...so no BSS.

Label rep said that they (I assume Kevin Drew and Brendan Canning) are in Europe, scoring a movie.

Andrew Whiteman was solo, said he lost one member to Fiest and the other one was biking(?)

Andrew Whiteman played with Jason Collett and band for a bunch of songs and some of TMSR played with Jason Collett for a song.

Half of the crowd left after TMSR.
