Krucoff has the Lookout MP3s

In light of Lookout Records' recent financial trouble involving Green Day, Krucoff is featuring MP3 downloads ripped from original Lookout 7''s on his recently redesigned Other Page.

So far:
Isocracy - Bedtime for Isocracy
Corrupted Morals - Chet
Operation Ivy & Crimpshine

Mightn't the fact that Lookout are fresh recruits of the RIAA mean that Krucoff might get into trouble over this?
