Drive By Truckers Tour, Solo, & Summerstage Benefit

Tickets are on sale for a September 29th Drive by Truckers show at Warsaw in Brooklyn and an October 25th Patterson Hood solo show at Mercury Lounge.

According to the New York Post, although the Arcade Fire show "was officially the final concert in the sterling 2005 Central Park SummerStage music series, the promoters have gotten the go-ahead for one more show Wednesday to benefit Hurricane Katrina victims through the New Orleans Musicians' Fund and the Tippitina Foundation. While the lineup isn't final, our spies say the show will feature the Drive By Truckers, Dr. John and Ivan Neville, among others. It's free, but a $25 donation per person is suggested."
