Interpol @ Webster Hall, NYC | pics

Interpol @ Webster Hall

Interpol played the last show of their tour (and supposedly the last show before their next album) at Webster Hall in NYC last night (Oct 2, 2005) to an extremely enthusiastic crowd. Compared to their last NYC (& area) shows at Across the Narrows, Jones Beach, Hammerstein Ballroom, and Radio City Music Hall, this was a small venue show. (but not as small as the secret show the played at Bowery Ballroom last year).

Reviews of this show at Yeti Don't Dance and The Underrated.

I woke up in Montreal Sunday morning and pretty much drove all the way to this show.

How come you didn't get the smackdown for taking the picture? I think there's a picture of me somewhere in the WH offices saying "Don't let this asshole take pictures."

Thanks for the photos! It was a great show, especially for my first time seeing them.

Hey Chris, when I was waiting in line the guards were telling us that it was alright to take photos as long as we didn't use flash. Not that that stopped people from using flash. Maybe they just didn't care as much that night. :\

Absolutely incredible show - your pix are the only I've seen that actually do them justice, thanks so much.
I had a really hard time shooting with their intense lights - what'd you do, no flash and manual/adjusted shutter speed?

I was devestated that I couldn't go -- bought tickets to chicago about a day before I heard about this. I like the pics -- anyone have a set list?
