Joan as Policewoman @ Rothko, NYC | pics
Joan (as Policewoman) Wasser did a really good job of dealing with the less-than-attentive crowd Saturday night at Rothko in NYC (Oct 15, 2005). She was opening for Nomi to a mostly hip-hop crowd from Sunset Park, Brooklyn. If I didn't feel bad for Joan, I'd say the whole thing was actually pretty funny.
