My Morning Jacket Live Reviews & Downloads
My Morning Jacket played the Avalon in Boston Saturday (10/15) and Webster Hall in NYC last night.
"My Morning Jacket show on Saturday night at the Avalon left with seriously melted face and with sock rocked completely off. They played through a mixture of both old a new material." [Who's Driving the Bus]

mmj kicked some serious ass last night but that probably goes without saying. they were so good that i was inspired to yell for them to play 'strangulation,' the first time i've ever done that at a show. of course it didn't work. i should have yelled 'don't play strangulation.'
is it just me or are 'gideon' and 'what a wonderful man' about the worst songs james has ever written? people seemed to like them last night. the only disappointments on the new album for me.
