By total accident, I happened to catch The Magic Numbers' very 1st US show at Sin-E back in March (the night before they opened for Doves) because they were on a bill with my friend's band Gold Streets. Anyway, they were awesome. It's too bad that most of the crowd left after they played as my friend's band had to follow them (not an easy thing to do). Regardless, if you've never seen them before, danfun, you won't be disappointed.

Yeah I really like the disc and was hoping for a tour this fall but then when I saw they were warming up for Bright Eyes I lost some interest. BUt this is perfect.
