Broken Social Scene Drug Bust Update

Dave: The charges have been dismissed, thanks to my lawyer. They didn't want to dismiss. They dismissed the other guy's charges-- the guy who admitted to it-- and it was his deal. I didn't want to be in New York that night, I didn't want to get stoned. I had meetings the next day, I had to play a central park gig at six, I didn't want to party.
