I can't find the exact details anywhere, but it appears that Mos Def IS playing the Breed Love Odyssey Tour with Talib Kweli. According to Yale Daily News, the pair played six Black Star songs together at the recent Toad's Place show in New Haven, CT. Bostonist has another confirmation and positive review and a December 9th article on Philly.com further confirms that Mos Def is on the tour.

The show is at BB King's in NYC Monday and Tuesday night (Dec 12th & 13th). Blacksmith Music's Jean Grae opens.

Mos Def only missed a few shows on the tour. His first show back was the DC date.

okayplayer board seems happy. dead prez guested. it is expensive but quite long too (8-1+. I just don't understand why it is sony sponsored AND expensive. isn't the point of having a charitable underwriter to help pay to put on the event?

I was at the show at BB Kings. I put up a review on my blog, with some (bad) pics and audio.
