Opeth "Chronology" Performances
"Sweden's OPETH will hold several special performances, dubbed 'Chronology MCMXCIV- MMV - A Live Observation By Opeth', in select U.S. markets on their upcoming tour encompassing material from each of their albums released throughout their career (1994-2005). These shows will be seated, with no support bands and will run for over two hours each with unique production. The markets in which these special nights will be held are New York, Chicago, and there is also a to-be-scheduled special performance in Los Angeles, CA." [Blabbermouth has all the tour dates]
The NYC show is at Town Hall on Feb. 23rd. Tix at Ticketmaster.

Gotta give you props for covering Opeth. A little variety in your diet can't hurt, bv.

Does this mean there are other Porcupine Tree fans among us as well?

The Porcupine Tree / Opeth (Damnation) show at Irving Plaza a few years ago was so good.

I didn't get to see that one (didn't know about PT yet) but I did see PT last year at Irving Plaza, and I got to meet Steven Wilson this summer when he was performing in his side-project Blackfield. Great guy, great music.
