Best news of the day. Vitalic is supposed to be as good as Underworld in creating an awesome dance vibe.

Who's bringing the glow sticks?

Any idea where to get tickets? Or should I just call Other Music?

At the door or at Other Music as far as I know.

I know White Rose Movement has cancelled the Mercury Show. I think it's the whole US tour.

OK so I have a list of bands I know are touring, and that I want to see, and Vitalic is one of them. And he's playing TOO EARLY (I don't go back to Rutgers 'til the 17th, where i have 10 free one-way tickets to nyc and back)

GODDAMNIT!!!! He BETTER play again on his next tour. Or my friend Dario might commit some vehicular manslaughter.

VITALIC is without a doubt one of the most amazing dance music producers of our time. His Debut full length OK COWBOY is one of the raddest records of 2005. It was on my top 5 of the year list, Pitchforks top 20 of the year list and numerous other records of the year lists. His tracks NO FUN, My FRIEND DARIO and of course LE ROCK (off the PONY EP) have been raddening dance floors all around the world, and at NIGHT TIME AND FIXED of course, for years. You know his tracks, you love how they make you feel, now see them live and freakout like you've never freaked out before. You wanna stay rad in '06? Then experience this!!!

(BTW...WHITE ROSE MOVEMENT WERE SCHEDULED TO PLAY BUT CANCELED THEIR PLANS TO COME TO THE US AS OF THIS WEDNESDAY...DON'T WORRY...VITALIC IS A MORE THAN ADEQUATE SUBSTITUTE.)

from the WRM message board:

"You dont know how much we want to get out to the states, but im afraid it was beyond our control.I think we'r going to be out there in march, but for south by south west, dont think we have a new york gig at the moment, doing the west coast thing, although as i write this nothing is confirmed,im sure there must be a new york gig pretty soon.Im hoping so...."

I heard Vitalic cancelled too?

Anyone confirm?!!

Posted by OH NO | January 11, 2006 4:27 PM

I was just at OM to get tix and they said Vitalic canceled because of trouble getting in the country. but since that sounds supiciously close to the reason White Rose Movement caneled I'm wondering if they're just confused? trying to find info.

on the Don Hill's Night Time site and the igetrvng site it still sez Vitalic .... I may just call the club.
