this is bull. I clicked to buy two tickets and they said "they are being held for 5 minutes." then when I went to purchase, it says sold out.
Damn 'bots. Should have known by the "Event Expert" banner ad to the right.

Presale SOLD OUT within 5 mins. I was able to get 2 tix though. Will call only, so sucks for the scalpers.

it's hours later, and there are still tickets left? has the entire hipster community fallen asleep? have editors overestimated their popularity by skipping bowery? am i counting the minutes before i can leave work and start the weekend (137)? is the answer to all of these questions YES?

The nice lady who sells the tix at Mercury Lounge said she thought they'd be gone by tomorrow. She says they'll sell a ton on TicketWeb tonite when people get home from work and see they are on sale from sites like BV.
