johnathan rice is horrible. he's got an alright voice, but christ. he's like the indie john mayer.

I wouldn't necessarily call him Indie. He's on Reprise, which is part of Warner Brothers.

went to see the free elvis costello show last nite and these three hairy people show up on stage, including jonathan and tennesee thomas. i thought they were all girls!!! he does sound like a john mayer doing a bob dylan imitation which could be cool depending on your metaphysical views.
