Wu-Tang in CT | Prince & Tamar in NYC

Central Village went to the Wu-Tang show in CT.
Heartonastick went to the Prince & Tamar (TAYmar) show at Nokia Theatre.
Prince & Tamar performed on SNL two nights later. Stereogum has the video.
Fred Armisen played Prince on the same episode. Armisen tells The Onion that Prince is his favorite.

I decided at the last minute to go to this show. Ticket sales on Ebay were just too hard to pass up; I got a pair for $4.25 and literally couldn't give away the 2nd ticket. (one of my neighbors is upset that I couldn't track her down, though)
heartonastick's review is dead-on, and it's good to know that I wasn't the only one with out-of-focus photos. I still haven't figured out how to get good concert photos with the Canon Powershot; any settings help is greatly appreciated, or maybe it just isn't the right kind of camera for concert photos unless you are right up at the stage.
It was very cool to see Prince in a club setting, even if it was Prince-Lite.
