I just picked up "One day It Will Please Us To Remember" and it had this innocent little sticker on the front cover which I promptly removed.
The sticker left considerable amount of glue residue on the plastic case so I reached for my "Goof Off" (glue residue remover) to remove the said glue residue. I tried and I tried to no avail.
Now that the casing is completely ruined, spinning me into a dimension of pissed off that I have never been in before in my life.
The once clear plastic casing is now clouded and to top it off it still remains sticky! This is one day I will be pleased to forget!!
Thankfully the discs inside remain unscathed.
I would not recommend the "Goof Off" procedure for residue removals.
Sincerely
Dave
