I don't really know much about Panda & Angel, but Snowden is the band you read about all the time on blogs like Daily Refill and I Rock I Roll. Both of these bands just signed to Jade Tree (home of Lifetime, Kid Dynamite, Pedro the Lion, and sometimes Jonah Matranga).
