Was anyone able to get tickets to this? Did anyone try? Ticketweb once again screwed it up!

oh. so that's why ticketweb is so messed up right now. i was wondering if anything major was on sale.

Why should AIC stop performing just because Layne is dead? Yeah his voice is what made the band shine, but it doesn't mean they can't still give us a chace to re-live the AIC Live experience, the music made AIC and not necesarely Layne's talent, he just took it to a different level, but either way AIC will always shine if they want to, Layne or no Layne, when he was alive nobody gave a shit about him and all of a sudden the band is nothing without him? that's just bullshit.

I don't blame ticketweb because I didn't get tickets, there clearly was a high demand for a small venue. But TW really, really should not be handling things like this. If this was ticketmaster it would have sold it in 10 minutes, and we would have known it sold out in 10 minutes. Instead TW craps out for 45 minutes, then 50 minutes into trying to get tickets it starts accepting orders, only constantly rejecting those order because of errors that didn't exist ("you must select the number of tickets you want"). Then the real kicker after wasting 75 minutes and not getting tickets, you look at your credit card and ticketweb's charged you $210 for 3 different sets of tickets!!!!!

i got on right at noon, and it kept pausing, but finally worked after a few glitches at 12:35pm. the best part is that i'm probably gonna be able to trade them for radiohead, which i got shut out of!
