Fiery Furnaces | Bowery Tonight, Webster in June | Tour Dates
Some people were wondering why the Fiery Furnaces didn't sell out their show at Bowery Ballroom tonight (April 19). Well, it didn't sell out fast, but now all the tickets are gone and Pitchfork just announced a bunch of new tour dates that include Webster Hall on June 29th. All dates below...

they sell out the bowery ballroom just one day before a show so let's book their next NY show at ... webster hall?! yeah, *that* makes sense. (and yes, i know they sold out webster hall a year ago but i'd say their stock has fallen since then.)

I can't imagine why a NYC band would play all the time in NYC. It doesn't make any sense.

joe: if you think fiery furnaces are annoying, why waste your time and ours by posting such a pointless comment.
sam: compared to most NY bands, fiery furnaces hardly play here at all - four shows in 2005 by my count, and the bowery show is their first for 2006.
