¡Forward, Russia! @ FADER tent, Austin, TX (SXSW) | pics
"Yeah, when we started doing practices we only had like four songs, and instead of referring to them as the one with the thing that goes like this we used numbers. Sometimes when you don’t have words it’s just easier to make them numbers. Once you have an idea in your head about what a song is called, then it is very hard to change it. We just thought we might as well just leave it." [said FR to RC]

The day after they made their SXSW debut, ¡Forward, Russia! played in the FADER tent right after Jose Gonzalez.

Ahem, right before Jose Gonzalez. What, BV can't afford a research department?

Forward Russia were one of the worst shows I saw this year at SXSW. I absolutely don't get it. With the matching t-shirts, they reminded me of this year's EMF.
